About Us
Jumeirah Interiors is a leading brand in premium fencing and outdoor solutions, dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are expanding our team and looking for a hands-on Technical Specialist to support both our customers and our internal team.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and practical individual with DIY or fencing experience to work closely with our Customer Service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working directly with customers, and promoting high-quality products in real-world settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise to assist the Customer Service team with product queries.
• Carry out on-site customer surveys to assess requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Offer practical advice on installation, product suitability, and aftercare.
• Support the promotion of Jumeirah Interiors products by demonstrating their benefits during surveys.
• Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure accurate information is passed on.
• Deliver training and guidance where required to improve customer confidence in our products.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Hands-on experience in DIY, fencing, or a related trade.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in a customer-friendly way.
• Confidence in representing the Jumeirah Interiors brand during site visits.
• Ability to work independently and manage a schedule of customer surveys.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence (required for travel to customer sites).
