GENDER PAY POLICY

As a growing company, we will report our gender pay data annually in accordance with UK legislation once we reach the reporting threshold (250 employees). Until then, we remain committed to:

b) Addressing any emerging gaps proactively
c) Setting benchmarks for ongoing improvement
4. Accountability:
Responsibility for upholding this policy lies with senior leadership and HR. However, we believe that pay equity is everyone’s responsibility, and we encourage a culture where concerns can be raised openly and respectfully.
