Thank you for shopping with Jumeirah Interiors UK. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below, which is in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

1. Cancellation Rights (Change of Mind): Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without providing a reason. To cancel your order: a) Contact us in writing at hello@jumeirahinteriors.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. b) Clearly state your order number and reason for return (optional). c) You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, unused and in their original packaging. Please Note: a) You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged. b) We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must: a) Be unused and in the same condition that you received it. b) Be in the original packaging with any tags, labels, or seals intact. c) Be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel.

3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return: a) We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. b) If approved, a full refund (excluding any delivery charges unless the item was faulty) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@jumeirahinteriors.co.uk with: a) Your order number b) Description and photos of the fault or damage We will offer you: a) A replacement, or b) A full refund, including return postage costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return: a) Customised, made-to-order, or personalised products b) Items returned outside of the 14-day return window c) Items not returned in original condition or packaging
